When Doreen and I were planning our wedding, it came time for wedding invitation design as I wanted to create an invitation that felt personal and timeless; something that reflected who we are and the joy of the day we were about to share.
I designed our wedding invitation using Canva, keeping the layout clean and balanced with modern typography and soft, welcoming colours. My goal was to make it feel warm and elegant without being overdone; a design that invited people in and set the tone for a meaningful celebration.

The typography was the main focus: clear, simple, and easy to read; paired with subtle spacing that gave each detail room to breathe. Canva provided a great platform for refining the composition and experimenting with font pairings until everything felt just right.
This piece remains one of my favourite personal projects, a reminder of how design can capture not just information, but emotion and memory as well.
