Sometimes, all it takes is the right message reaching the right people.
Previously, I shared about launching an urgent call for wheelchairs campaign, for Battle River Lending Place. At the time, the need was clear, as they were down to just 4 wheelchairs after Christmas.
Today, that number tells a very different story.
Because of the response from Camrose and the surrounding Battle River Region, 51 wheelchairs and transfer chairs have now been donated.
This is more than just a number. It represents individuals regaining mobility, families receiving support, and people in our community being cared for with dignity.
This is what happens when communication does more than inform, as it creates connection and encourages action.
Through a coordinated effort across website updates, social media, and email outreach, the message reached the community at the right time, and people responded.
It is a strong reminder that behind every campaign is an opportunity not only to raise awareness, but also to create real, measurable impact.
I am grateful to have played a part in helping share that message.
I am also encouraged by what this experience shows. When clarity, purpose, and community align, meaningful change follows.
If you are part of an organization with a need, a story, or a mission worth sharing, thoughtful digital communication can make a real difference.
💙 From 4 to 51, and lives changed along the way.
