A fresh campaign for Battle River Lending Place that is helping communities move forward.
When creativity and community meet, meaningful things happen.
This week, I helped launch an urgent call for wheelchairs for Battle River Lending Place, a local non-profit in Camrose that provides free access to medical and mobility equipment for those in need. They’re currently facing a shortage of wheelchairs and two-wheel walkers, and I was glad to lend a hand updating their website, social media posts, and email mailout to help spread the word.
The campaign encourages residents to donate any wheelchairs, walkers, or mobility equipment in good condition that might otherwise be sitting unused. Every donation helps someone in our community stay mobile, independent, and cared for; seniors, families, and individuals recovering from surgery or injury all benefit from the support.
It’s a reminder that design and communication aren’t just about visuals; they’re about connection. Whether it’s a website refresh, a social media campaign, or an email design, the goal is to get the message where it matters most.
If you’re in the Camrose area and would like to help, you can visit lendingplace.ca/we-need-wheelchairs-and-two-wheel-walkers/ for more information.
And if you’re a local organization looking to share your story online, I’d be happy to help you do the same, with clarity, compassion, and a focus on results.
💙 Together, we can make small changes that move people forward.
